Nikolai provides clients with different advisory services and works with effective resolution of judicial and extra-judicial disputes.

Nikolai advises and represents clients operating in the fields of industry, logistics, chemistry, energy, construction and production in various matters. In addition, he advises entrepreneurs on issues related to tax, customs and European law.

Nikolai focuses on finding practical solutions for the clients, as he has long-term practical experience in the mentioned areas: he served for a long time as the chairman of the council in a large industrial company (with a turnover of more than 130 million per year), worked as an attorney at the biggest law office in the Baltic States, and as a lawyer at the Tax and Customs Board.

During his career, Nikolai has solved various legal issues in all judicial instances in Estonian courts, arbitration courts, the European Court of Justice and the European Commission, and has also participated in the development of Estonian draft legislation.
